A comprehensive form management platform I built using Next.js and ASP.NET Core Web API. I designed the backend as a modular monolith, utilizing Redis for caching performance and real-time draft saving, Steeltoe Eureka for microservice discovery, and Keycloak for secure SSO authentication. It features a rich drag-and-drop builder, conditional logic, multi-step form chaining, and session-based auto-filling.
I developed the official department website for YTÜ Mathematical Engineering using Next.js. I built a custom sliding CMS panel for real-time inline editing and implemented a robust JWT-based authentication flow via an external OAuth provider to manage role-based access control.
An AI-powered customer support ticketing platform tailored for e-commerce and logistics. I engineered a backend pipeline utilizing an LLM to autonomously classify messages by category and urgency, routing them via RabbitMQ to specialized consumer queues. The platform empowers support agents with automatically extracted cargo tracking data and AI-generated draft replies, significantly reducing operational response times.
